Santa Clarita’s Newest Movie Ranch is a Great Film Location

This unique 8.5 acre ranch has golden or green hillsides (depending on the season) and four secluded canyons. The ranch includes a 1950’s style automotive repair shop (which could also be a 50’s diner set), working street rods, a scary abandoned trailer aka “Breaking Bad,” one industrial building, a few shipping containers (with roof access), a burned out truck, and a car graveyard where everything is decaying with a film-friendly patina. There are also dramatic fire damaged areas, pepper trees, a beautiful desert mountain background, and an “Afghanistan look.”

Used as an explosive testing & creative demo area for a special effects & stunt company, this mountain range allows for great high and low vantage points and away from the noise of the City ensuring a peaceful shoot.

The ranch is perfect for multi-day productions with a large basecamp and a filming area of 8.5 acres with plenty of room for everything including an ADU devoted to your production needs with a full kitchen, two baths and two bedrooms: perfect for a green room/video village or a dwelling critical crew. The ranch has a dedicated site rep who lives at the location.
